If for some reason the goods did not suit you, you can refuse them at any time before the transfer of the order to the courier company for shipment, and after the transfer - within 14 days.
You can return the product, provided that it was not used, and its packaging and consumer properties are preserved.
You can exchange the purchased goods for the same or for another one with an identical value or higher. In the second case, you pay the difference in the cost of the goods.
If you do not wish to replace one item with another, you will receive your money back (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days.
The company reserves the right to refuse to return if the packaging of the goods is damaged, with the exception of goods that were damaged during transportation due to the fault of the seller.
If the item was purchased during a promotion which included a gift, then that gift must be included with the return.

It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.
In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.
Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.
You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.
Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

Parcels are delivered to your location or pick-up point (fermopoint). If the payment for the order received after 17:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

Pickup is available at the company's offices in Rimini and Modena. Orders can be picked up during working hours, but not earlier than 2 hours after placing the order.
